A New Micro Experience

Greetings Leaders,

We’re introducing a new micro experience based on DomiNations for you to check out! DomiNations Idle lets you expand a village within an idle browser experience. This is a smaller side project built to tinker with as an addition to the main DomiNations experience on mobile or PC, without tying directly into it.

DomiNations Idle:

• Is a side project experience.
  • This microgame required no time from the main development team, allowing the majority of development resources to be devoted to DomiNations.
• There is no direct connection to the DomiNations experience.
  • You do not need your own login for this microgame. The experience is entirely contained within your browser.
  • You can save your game state by logging back into the same browser you started DomiNations Idle with, or save the game with a text string locally to load up on your next session.
  • There are no prizes to be gained or anything to transfer from DomiNations Idle to DomiNations on Mobile or PC. It’s an experience to play at your leisure!
• Keep progressing!
  • How far can you take your DomiNations Idle village? How fast can you rise through the ages, and how efficient can your village become?
  • You can even restart your experience from the beginning at any time!
• DomiNations Idle doesn’t have a customer support or bug reporting system.
  • This microgame is an ‘as-is’ experience.

DomiNations Idle is an experience borne from our periodic brainstorming sessions and developed to help our team explore new ideas. This, and potential future microgames like it, may or may not lead to larger experiences or become features to be implemented into DomiNations. They’re intended to be more exploratory!
