Greetings Leaders,

Update 13.5 brings a player-requested update to Museum Crafting! We’re also updating the Strike experience by adding new University Leaders and adding benefits to all aspects of your DomiNations Warfare. You’ll also find a few more quality-of-life updates, a new way to customize your Commanders, and upgrades for our Robotics Age players.

Museum Quality-of-Life Update - Hall Specific Crafting

Whether you’re seeking that perfect World War Artifact or a boost in resource looting when raiding enemy bases, you can make a more concerted effort in crafting with this update!

When you craft an Artifact, you’ll notice a new toggle at the top indicating whether you’re crafting for the Main Hall or War Hall.

As a precaution for those who craft pretty quickly, we set up an alert where if you craft 100 Artifacts of the same Hall, a pop-up will appear confirming the Hall you’re crafting for.

Strike & University Update: Sapphires & Strike University

Strike will see a new progression system inside the University. When update 13.5 arrives, the University menu will now open to three ‘University Study’ options. They’ll be titled as Strike Study, Foundational Study, and Higher Education Study.

 

Strike University & Sapphires

Here you’ll find research bonuses that will apply to your entire Army in any game mode. Strike University will introduce two additional University Leaders, with more to come in future updates.

Each skill will need the new currency, Sapphires, to research them. Sapphires can only be acquired through Strike Chests, Strike Attacks, and found in the Strike Daily Quests. Keep in mind that the more efficient you are with your Strike Attacks, the higher your potential reward!

The two new Leaders in Strike University will focus on Barracks & Towers. These Leaders are meant to be extended investments throughout your time in DomiNations. They’re long-term investments, but the benefits will be substantial!

Barracks, for example, starts out with Heavy Infantry stat boosts, but then branches out into Ranged Infantry, eventually reaching down to Mortar Infantry and Attack Helicopters.

You’ll have plenty of time to focus on these two Strike University Leaders, and we’ll be adding more Leaders in future releases that encompass Factory, Airstrip, and even Defenders!

University Studies

The currently existing University Leaders will be spread between the Foundational Study & Higher Education Study.

Foundational Study will contain:

  • Chief Hiawatha

  • Mansa Musa

  • Emperor Moctezuma

  • Catherine the Great

  • Sultan Saladin

  • King Sejong

  • Leonardo Da Vinci

  • Suleiman the Magnificent

 

The Higher Education Study contains:

  • Ransom E. Olds

  • Nikola Tesla

  • Sun Tzu

  • Sally Ride

  • Emperor Haile Selassie

  • Empress Wu Zetian

  • Amelia Earhart

  • Harriet Tubman

  • Hannibal Barca

These University Leaders and your progression will remain the same as before.

Claim Coalition From Your Inbox

In this update, you can now add Coalitions to your Embassy if they’re in your inventory. This also includes the ability to add individual National Trade Goods directly from your inventory, as opposed to the previous feature that would only fill your capacity to maximum. This new button will appear in the Coalition menu.

Updated Councilor Re-roll

For 13.5, we’ve updated the re-roll feature for Councilors. When re-rolling for a Legendary Councilor, you’ll now see only a selection of Councilors that you don’t currently own in your storage!

Commander Styles

Take your Commander customizations a step further with the upcoming Commander Styles! Commander Styles will add new patterns to your Commanders, letting you shake up their looks and giving you additional control over the Shaders you apply to them.

Styles can change the appearance of your Commander's Shader patterns. Depending upon the style you have equipped, you’ll see that the equipped Shader will also have a unique position and highlight at different aspects of your Commander’s appearance. Styles are specific to their Skins and can’t be used across different Skins.

Styles can be equipped and adjusted in the same menu as Commander Customizations.

Robotics Age Upgrades

Our Robotics Age players will see new levels for Farm, Mill, Bastion, and Spike Traps in 13.5.

Additional Fixes

  • Minor Graphical and UI fixes.

  • Fixed an issue where the Heavy Tank Defender Level 1 would spawn as Robotics Age Art.

    • This now spawns showing the Level 1 Art as intended, no adjustment to stats were required.

  • Fixed an issue where Janissary Camps couldn't be affected by Blitzkrieg
