The latest update for DomiNations adds a highly requested feature to your Artifact inventory system. You can also look forward to some minor Quality-of-Life updates, and we included the next Strike University Study. Our Robotics Age players will have new things to upgrade, and we made MAJOR headway in fixing various bugs throughout the DomiNations experience. Read on for the full details!

 

Quality-of-Life Update: Artifact Favoriting & New Sorting Option

You’ll be able to add a favorite marking to your Artifacts currently inside your storage or as you craft them.

When you favorite an Artifact, it cannot be sold until you unfavorite it!

This new favoriting system also adds an additional sorting option. When sorting your Artifacts, you can now specify a favorite category alongside your traditional sorting options.

More QoL Additions

  • We’ve implemented the ability to set up Coalitions via the Prepare for Battle window in World Wars!

  • Some future Event Passes will now be available for purchase using Crowns.

  • SpeedUp rewards will now showcase the total time a SpeedUp has in the Event Pass.

    • Previously, for example, Gold Speedups indicated 1-5 Days, but now the incremental times on the pass will be more specific.

  • When viewing the Battle History, Commanders will now appear as the first unit on the list! Just adding one more spot to show off your Commander’s style!

 

Strike University Update
This release will unlock the Factory Strike University Leader! This Leader will offer bonuses to your Factory Troops and bolster their prowess on the battlefield.

 

Upcoming Content

New Commander Cosmetics
Summer means a bit of heat and fun in the sun! We’ll be dropping some fiery cosmetics very soon, and a little something for your Commanders to cool down with. We’ll also be dropping a bit of cyberware for your Commanders, too!

 

New Legendary & Mythical Artifacts
Of course, 13.6 will see the addition of new Artifacts! We’re adding 3 new Legendary Artifacts and 5 new Mythical Artifacts in this version. All of which will be revealed as each one approaches its official release.

Additional Updates & Fixes

  • Corrected an issue where players would gain or lose an incorrect amount of Medals after battle.

    • The potential Medal gain and loss seen during your battle will match across the board in your battle results, replay, etc., as intended.

  • Fixed the issue where Citizens would appear as ‘pink squares’

  • Fixed an issue where the Commander UI would move rapidly when viewing.

  • Fixed the build timers in the ‘Advisor’ Window to match the actual time shown in Build windows.

  • Fixed an issue where Coalition upgrades that would complete on Planning Day wouldn’t carry over to War Day.

    • Coalition Troops will reflect the upgraded bonuses in the upcoming War Day, so long as the upgrade completes before the War Day starts.

  • Corrected Crown totals for certain resource packs when filling missing resources for an upgrade.

  • Fixed a bug where the Versailles Wonder’s Slowdown ability would persist even after being destroyed.

  • Fixed a bug where the Obstruction Transmitter from Level 11+ wouldn’t apply the HP bonus to Paratroopers.

  • Fixed a bug where the Troops Brought into Battle information was empty after single-player battles.

  • Adjusted War Weight Values of the following:

    • Spike Trap

    • Bastion

  • Fixed a bug where the Event Goal notification wouldn’t disappear after a period of time.

  • Fixed an issue where players were unable to scroll the Army Used tab at the end of watching a Replay.

  • Fixed the issue where the Major’s APC would spawn Captain’s Infantry instead of Major’s Infantry.

  • Fixed a bug where APCs taken with Betrayal would continuously spawn troops without a limit.

  • Fixed issues accompanying the following Coalitions:

    • Ethiopian: Kagnew Infantry would spawn from attacker deployment as enemy Troops.

    • Filipino: MD-500 Defenders would spawn as enemy units and attack themselves.

  • Corrected the visual bug when claiming the Councilor Crown reward.

    • This will now appear as Crowns (the correct visual for the reward).

  • Fixed an issue where canceling one University research would cause all other University research to cancel.

  • Fixed a bug that wouldn’t allow you to place a Bastion near a gate when oriented toward the ocean side of the map.

  • Fixed the visual issue where, after completing an Event Goal, the notification wouldn’t disappear after a period of time.

  • Fixed visual error where Nation-specific Troops spawning from Command Post would be missing walking and attacking animations.

EDIT 6/1/26

Known issues for 13.6 - the first new robotics age level defenders from Tank Depot & Garrison will show incorrect art above their buildings as defenders prepare to spawn; however, the defenders that spawn from these buildings will have the correct art and level.

The Command Post Level 15 will show incorrect art above the building, and the units that spawn will show incorrect art. This has been confirmed to only be visual.

As both issues are confirmed to be visual only, we'll be releasing 13.6 as is to avoid an extended delay and intend to fix these issues in the 13.7 release.
