Update 13.7 is coming soon, and we’ve opened up the Defender Strike University Leader in this update. There are also some Quality-of-Life updates, including a new Defender Stats information window. Read on to see all that’s coming in our update planned to release next week!

New Strike University Leader - Defenders

For players who focus on a defensive-oriented base, we’ll be opening up the Defenders Strike University Leader. This grants bonuses to individual defenders, increasing their damage output and hit points. The proficiencies will be the highlight here.

  • Garrison Proficiency increases the number of Defenders deployed with each wave. It also adds a Heavy Infantry defender for each wave.

  • Stable Proficiency unlocks Ranged infantry defenders to spawn alongside your Cavalry/Tanks every two waves.

  • Bunker Proficiency will add an explosion upon death to your Heavy Tanks, dealing damage to the enemies surrounding it.

  • Build another Rocket Arsenal with its proficiency unlocked.

  • The Defenders Mastery will increase the spawn radius of all of your spawning defender buildings (including houses with the Harriet Tubman research unlocked)

 

Replay Update

Another update to Replays has arrived. This time, we’ve fixed errors that prevent the correct inputs from being recorded in the replay. We’ve also put work into improving the accuracy of those commands being captured by the replay tool. We discovered and fixed a bug that would cause the replay to show inaccurately when changing the playback speed, too! We’ve even fixed an issue where APCs would double the amount of troops they would deploy in a replay.

 

Robotics Age Upgrades Pt 6

The next wave of upgrades for our Robotics Age Players adds new levels to the Drone Command, which includes Offensive & Defensive Drone Levels and two Directives, and the G.C.I. Radar.

Quality-of-Life Updates

 

Stronghold World War Donations Filter

We’ll be adding the Troop Tactics filter options to Stronghold Troop Donations. This is to create a consistent experience across both windows and create a faster way to navigate a large number of Troop Tactics in your storage.

Defender Information Window

Buildings that spawn defenders will have another information window that opens when tapping the Defending Troop icon it spawns. This window will display the defender's stats and will appear and function similarly to the information window for Troop Tactics.

Tapping the Defender Spawning building will now show all Defenders that can spawn.

The Defenders that spawn every wave (Noted by the infinity icon), the special troop that it spawns (Noted by the star icon), and the Troop that spawns only on the first wave (Noted by the 1st icon).

The Globe icon next to the defender indicates that it spawns exclusively during a World War attack. The Stable pictured here shows the Cavalry and Ranged Infantry. This Ranged Infantry spawns when you have the Maori Coalition active for your World War.

You can even review the individual stats of the spawning Defender!

Fort & Stronghold - Visible Defender Spawn Radius

In this update, we’re adding that the Spawn Radius for the Fort & Stronghold now appears with the Attack Radius of these buildings.

Updated Legendary Councilor Reroll Encyclopedia

We added additional information to the Legendary Councilor Reroll encyclopedia entry for more clarity.

  • New line will read: “Rerolling a Legendary Councilor will always result in at least 1 Councilor you don't currently own!”

 

Additional Updates

  • Fixed an issue where the APC could spawn beyond its Troop Limit when equipped with a Level 20 Rapid Deployment Radio.

  • Fixed an issue where Machine Gun Towers with Counter Offensive Chapter 3 research would only apply suppression to a single Troop.

    • This will now correctly apply Suppression to all Troops within the Machine Gun Tower’s area of effect.

  • Various Localization corrections

  • Fixed an issue where the daily quest wouldn’t auto-claim even with available resource space.

  • Fixed an issue where, after crafting a new Artifact and giving it a favorite icon, tapping the screen would cause it to visually reset.

  • Fixed an issue where enemy players could mark favorite Artifacts through the Spy Report.

  • Fixed an issue where players could get stuck on a load screen when trying to view results from a friendly challenge.

  • Fixed a bug that could cause your Troop Stats to be lower after viewing a scouting report.

  • Fixed an issue where tapping the Stronghold window after searching for Troop Tactics with the keypad would leave the keypad open after closing the Stronghold window.

 

FUTURE UPDATE NOTICE - Modifier Calculation

We mentioned that we would be implementing a change to how battle modifiers would be calculated in our 2026 Road Ahead post. This is your heads up that these changes are expected to arrive by the end of summer/early fall.

The following will be true in our next update:

  1. All stats will never be reduced lower than 85% of their original value.

  2. Modifiers that multiply (ex. +10% HP) will apply to the base stat.

    1. A unit with 1000 HP gaining both +10% HP and +100 HP will have a final HP total of 1200. (A 20% total increase)

We’re giving you an early heads up for those who would like time to adjust their strategies in preparation for these changes. But it will NOT go live in 13.7!
